(Tallahassee, Fla.) – The Florida Medical Association PAC (FMA PAC), Florida’s leading advocate for electing pro-medicine candidates to office, today endorsed Republican State Rep. Chuck Clemons (R-Jonesville) in his re-election bid to House District 21.
FMA PAC President, Dr. Doug Murphy stated, “The FMA PAC is proud to endorse our friend Rep. Chuck Clemons for re-election in House District 21. As Vice-Chair of the House Insurance Committee, he has a unique understanding of the difficult insurance issues facing the physician community in our state. We look forward to continuing our work with him on these and other important health care issues during his next term.”
“I am honored to have the continued support of the Florida Medical Association. These professionals are true heroes serving in harm’s way. Now more than ever it’s important that we stand together with our medical community as they work to combat COVID-19 and keep us all safe and healthy,” said Clemons.
Florida’s House District 21 includes Dixie, Gilchrist and part of Alachua county.
